I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I was able to walk to Liverpool Cavern and Liverpool 1 in just minutes. Plus, it was just off the main shopping street, so I had easy access to everything in the city. The service was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They provided all the information I needed without even asking. The room was incredible, with all the amenities I could ask for - ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave! The whole experience felt like stepping into a different world.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was perfect, huge room
The floor of the plant, being made of wood, was a bit noisy, and it was a bit annoying when trying to sleep and listen to people passing by.

The location is excellent. The room is very spacious.
It's a room that has a whirlpool next to one of the two double beds. We were not clear about the characteristics of the hotel when we hired it. The bathroom is a bit uncomfortable. The room is not suitable for a group of tourists touring the city.

Not for a family, noise, people come here to party. Cruel lack of equipment (no soap) and deteriorated furniture.

good party hotel, ideal if you want to enjoy the nightlife in liverpool. centrally located. centrally located!
we were as a family in the hotel for one night, thus not the typical party guests, in addition to the deposit, copy of the passport was made, although the room was already paid in advance.

well, whole fiddling with the codes (corridor and room) was a bit strange!
